Age Requirement

Drivers must be over 23 years old and possess a valid driver’s license for at least one year.

Insurance & Road Assistance

Our rentals include full insurance coverage and 24/7 road assistance, ensuring a stress-free journey.

Third party liability, C.D.W.- collision damage waiver, FTI- fire and theft insurance, WTI - tyres and wheels insurance (on asphalt roads)

Driver’s License

All drivers must provide a valid driving license issued in the EU or an equivalent international license in Latin characters. Passports or national IDs are also required for all registered drivers.

Free Additional Driver

Add a second driver for free. They must provide the same documentation as the primary driver during the rental process.

Geographical Limitations

All rentals are limited to Crete Island. Enjoy unlimited kilometers to explore every corner of the island.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Any fuel difference will incur charges.

Airport Services

We offer free pickup and drop-off services at Chania and Heraklion airports for your convenience.

Child Safety

Travel worry-free with complimentary baby seats and boosters available upon request.

Unlimited Mileage

Enjoy the freedom of unlimited mileage with every rental, allowing you to explore Crete without limits or extra charges.

Free Pick-Up and Drop-Off Services

We provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off services at designated locations, including airports, seaports, and select hotels.

Payment Options

No deposit is required when booking. Payments can be made with cash or via credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations can be made up to 3 days before arrival by sending a cancellation email.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to pick up the vehicle within two hours of the agreed time without prior notice, the reservation may be canceled.

Vehicle Group Terms

Reservations are based on vehicle groups, not specific models. If your selected model is unavailable, we will provide a similar or upgraded model at no extra cost.

Lost Keys

Lost keys are chip-coded and will incur a replacement charge of €100.

Prohibited Uses

Off-road driving, traffic violations, or driving under the influence will void insurance coverage and may result in fines or penalties.
